West Ham United transfer budget shared by top source at London Stadium
West Ham are reportedly ready to spend big in the summer and will capitalise on the interest shown in Declan Rice by Arsenal, Manchester United and others.
According to Claret and Hugh [25 May], a “top source” at the London Stadium has said that they will be spending around £175million – a figure close to what they did last summer.
Rice is poised to be a record sale for the Hammers and is very likely to play his final game for the club on Sunday, 28 May.
Big summer
There will be plenty of questions going into the summer and one of the main ones will be whether David Moyes will still be in charge of the club.
He’s done well over the last two seasons and this term, he almost saw them getting relegated from the Premier League.

Winning the Conference League will make it look like a successful campaign from afar but the feeling is that he’s taken this club as far as he could.
They need to see how to replace Rice and that should be done by signing two competent midfielders who will make Lucas Paqueta a better player.
West Ham also need another wide attacker and perhaps a few defensive reinforcements so that sort of money is good enough for them.
An ambitious manager who plays football and has the track record of building teams is also very important.
