West Ham United striker Michail Antonio needs help, David Moyes needs to play two upfront
West Ham boss David Moyes is picking up the wrong team, as per Darren Ambrose.
The TalkSPORT pundit has suggested on 29 September that Moyes needs to play two forwards upfront and that Michail Antonio needs help.
He thinks that Moyes won’t lose his job despite West Ham’s poor start, adding the former Manchester United boss is a victim of his own success.
“He’ll be fine. I think he is a victim of his own success. He needs to rebuild again,” said Ambrose.
“I think he’s just picking the wrong team. He needs to play two upfront. I think Antonio needs help.”

It is indeed worrying that the Hammers have made a poor start to the season and they find themselves in 18th position.
Considering the backing David Moyes has got during the summer transfer window, the results have been really disappointing.
Having said that, Moyes retains strong support from the Hammers board. He is a manager who has transformed the club completely.
He took the side when they were fighting for survival, and in the past two seasons, they’ve come close to top-four finishes.

The summer transfer window have been massive. The club have spent loads of money on new players, and Moyes needs time to find the best system.
There’s no harm in playing with one striker. In fact, most teams these days play with one striker in the 4-3-3 system or its variants.
The Hammers need to create more opportunities for the strikers, something that is severely lacking at the moment.
They face Wolves in the Premier League next, and it’s a must-win game for them.
