West Ham United set to formally announce Bradley Dologhan transfer
West Ham are set to sign Worthing Under-18s sensation Bradley Dologhan, according to ExWHUEmployee.
The Hammers source reported via the West Ham Way on Tuesday (13 August) that the 19-year-old, who was in “stunning” form for the National League South side’s youth team last season, has agreed a move to the London Stadium.
It is understood that the striker, having scored 29 goals last season, caught the attention of several clubs but has chosen to continue his development with the Irons, with an official announcement expected soon.
West Ham United agree deal to sign sensational striker
Academies can be one of the biggest lifelines for clubs, and the dream for these youngsters is normally to progress through the ranks in the hopes of making their first-team debut.
While Dologhan is only 19 years of age, and joining from a non-league side, the striker clearly has a lot of potential, with multiple teams after his signature this summer.
Although few young players were able to break through the senior squad under David Moyes’ reign – George Earthy being one of the only examples – that could be about to change under Julen Lopetegui.
The Spaniard’s first signing of the summer was 18-year-old Luis Guilherme from Palmeiras, who has no experience in Europe yet, so there is no reason why fans couldn’t expect to see Dologhan on the fringes within the next couple of seasons.

Fans have often been left disappointed by the lack of academy graduates being given an opportunity in the first team. Divin Mubama is the perfect example, who is now a free agent after never starting a Premier League game.
The hope will be that Dologhan’s future at the London Stadium holds a much different future, with fans already becoming excited over the soon-to-be-announced deal this summer.
In other West Ham news, the Hammers are readying a transfer for Tammy Abraham ahead of August 30.
