West Ham United set to beat rivals for Armando Broja deal, player has made choice

West Ham United set to beat Premier League rivals for the signature of Armando Broja, as per reports from The Northern Echo.

The newspaper reported on their online version on 18 July that the Hammers are “strong favourites” to sign the striker, after personal terms have been agreed.

Newcastle Unitd have also agreed to meet the financial requirements of Chelsea, but it has finally come down to the player’s personal choice.

The Atheltic repots on 18 July that the Hammers are “close to reaching an agreement” with Chelsea for Broja.

The 20-year-old has left Chelsea’s pre-season tour of the US to fly back to London, as the two clubs negotiate over a permanent transfer.

This is simply brilliant from David Moyes and the Hammers board.

Broja has been one of their top targets this summer, and their patience has paid off.

Chelsea ideally wanted to send him on loan after his impressive performance for Southampton on loan last season.

But it seems, the Hammers are keen on a permanent deal, and they are close to signing a striker. Finally!

The Hammers failed to sign a striker for the past three transfer windows, and they heavily relied on Michail Antonio to deliver.

However, it seems they are finally close to landing a striker, and Broja will soon join the club.

According to Sky Sports journalist, Dharmesh Sheth, the Hammers are also looking to sign Gianluca Scamacca.

It will be a massive transfer window for the club, if they can land both the players.

The Hammers have already made an offer to sign the Sassuolo striker, and they are waiting for an answer from the Italian club.
