West Ham United remain in hunt to sign Andrea Belotti, Dortmund set to make offer
West Ham United are still chasing a deal to sign Torino striker Andrea Belotti but they face a lot of competition, according to Tutto Mercato.
The Irons are actively trying to sign a striker this summer to compete with Michail Antonio with Armando Broja and Gianluca Scamacca at the top of their list.
But the 28-year-old talisman from Turin is still on their list of potential options should the aforementioned duo not join the club but they will face a lot of competition for his signature.

Most notably, Borussia Dortmund are readying an offer for the Italian that could be submitted this weekend after Ex-Iron Sebastien Haller was diagnosed with testicular cancer.
OGC Nice from France are also keen on Belotti as well as Galatasaray, Besiktas, Fenerbahçe and Trabzonspor from Turkey while Roma and Inter Milan want to keep him in his homeland.
Last resort
The main targets have already been identified and work is progressing to sign either one or both of them before the Premier League season begins on 7 August at home to Manchester City.

There is little point in West Ham putting their fingers in all kinds of pies (metaphorically, of course) because that will only say to those they really want that they are not fully committed and that greatly reduces their chances of making a deal happen.
It is good to have a plan b to fall back on if Scamacca and Broja decide not to join the Irons but there is no rush to engage in any talks until they know that those deals are completely off the table.
Belotti is not a bad plan b either though having scored over 100 goals for Torino since he joined them in 2015 and if he could hit similar numbers at the London Stadium, you would be hard pushed to find a West Ham fan unhappy to have signed him.
