Union Berlin are braced for transfer offers from West Ham United and two other English clubs for striker Sheraldo Becker, according to the Daily Mail.

The £15million valued Suriname international has been a shining light for Union Berlin this season, scoring 12 goals and providing a further 10 assists from 46 appearances.

David Moyes’ side, as well as Fulham and Burnley, are among the clubs who have been alerted by Becker’s strong form this campaign.
The attacker is contracted with the German side until 2024, and there is an acceptance that the upcoming transfer window is the last available opportunity to receive a healthy transfer fee for his services.

Solid option
Although West Ham United have all but confirmed their Premier League survival, there is still a desperate need to shake things up in the summer transfer window.
The Hammers shouldn’t be short of money if Declan Rice leaves the London Stadium for a Champions League club this summer, and at £15million, Becker represents a decent use of such money.
The striker has been a key cog of Union Berlin’s remarkable Bundesliga rise this season, which is on course for them to qualify for the Champions League.
Becker highlighted his class last weekend, scoring twice and providing two assists in the 4-2 win over fifth-placed Freiburg, which was a crucial victory in their race for European football next season.
The Daily Mail wrote that the attacker is “tailor-made” for Premier League football, and it is hard to argue with this fact.
Danny Ings and Michail Antonio are currently the only two options Moyes can call upon to lead the line, and a player of Becker’s ilk could be a shrewd addition to the first-team ranks.
