West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice remains top of Chelsea’s transfer list this summer, according to 90min.
The England international has been continuously linked with a move to Stamford Bridge due to his youth ties to the club.
Rice was released by Chelsea as a youngster and subsequently joined West Ham, a decision which seems to haunt the West London outfit to this day.
The report suggests new Chelsea owner Todd Boehly is a huge fan of Rice and wants to lure the Hammers captain to be part of his new, exciting project.
Hammers boss David Moyes highlighted this summer that it would take a huge fee to make West Ham let go of their captain, insisting the club had no desire to let him leave the club anyway.

The Chelsea links to rice are nothing new and will likely continue throughout his time spent at the London Stadium, nevertheless, a move this summer could be on the cards.
Rice hasn’t been in terrific form this season, so cashing in on him whilst he’s still considered to be one of the best things in English football may be a wise move.
It would obviously be a shame to see the Hammers captain leave but it would be impossible to say no to a ridiculous big-money bid from Chelsea.
There comes a point when speculation turns into reality and it seems now Rice is counting down the days until he can leave the London Stadium.
The money received from Rice would obviously have to be invested in the next generation of West Ham United talent wisely, something which is easier said than done.
He’s hot property and it’s likely Chelsea won’t be the only team sniffing around his signature if the Hammers finish in an unfavourable Premier League position.
