West Ham United grant permission for Declan Rice talks and medical – Sky Sports
West Ham have granted permission for Declan Rice to discuss personal terms with Arsenal, according to Sky Sports.
The publication added that the Hammers captain and midfielder can also look at having his medical with the Gunners.
Premier League giants Arsenal have agreed a £105million deal to bring the England international to North London this summer, as per Sky Sports.

“While there is still a willingness from all parties to get it done, there is still work to do before the clubs find a resolution,” according to Sky Sports.
“Rice is now free to discuss personal terms and look at having his medical.”

Rice exit close
It may not be complete, but Rice’s West Ham exit is very close, with the Hammers already preparing for life without their beloved captain.
They have perhaps been preparing for life without Rice for some time now, but now the reality of his exit is truly setting in.
It means the East London outfit must now get serious in their search for a replacement, having seemingly only identified a handful of midfielders that they want to fill the Rice void.
The Hammers do, of course, have plenty of time to find the ideal replacement, but manager David Moyes will be keen to get a new player in as soon as possible in order to be able to work with him on the training ground in the build-up to the new season.
Whoever does come in has huge boots to fill, but also arrives with the knowledge that regular football is on the cards, both in the Premier League and the Europa League.
In other West Ham news, one exit-bound Hammers attacker has headed to Sunderland ahead of a potential transfer to the Black Cats.
