West Ham United fans and David Moyes will be delighted with Nayef Aguerd footage after Morocco World Cup win over Spain
Morocco defeat Spain on penalties on 6 December but it was a bittersweet game for West Ham defender Nayef Aguerd.
The 26-year-old came off in the second half due to an injury and appeared to be distraught which led to many fans fearing the worse for his fitness.
Since moving to the Hammers, he’s missed many months of action and only got back to full fitness few weeks before the World Cup began.
However, as seen in the video above, Aguerd seems to be enjoying himself and moving perfectly fine inside the Morocco dressing room.
Players that have serious injuries are told to take it easy and not exert themselves, but that does not seem to be the case with the centre-back.
He’s got some impressive dance moves and nothing seems to be hindering him which will be wonderful news for David Moyes and the West Ham fans.
There have been concerns over his fitness and another injury setback would certainly have worried fans but they can now rest easy.
Hopefully, the Hammers get another centre-back signing over the line as soon as possible so that he’s ready to be registered once the window opens.
If all goes as per plan, Brazilian defender Luizao will undergo his medical at the club later this week and we could see him in action very soon which is certainly exciting news for everyone involved with West Ham.
