West Ham United board sends warning to David Moyes after 'unacceptable' results

West Ham board has given David Moyes a first warning that the results need to improve quickly, according to a report from Claret and Hugh.

The reliable Hammers source has suggested that the Hammers board are far from happy with the results and they find it “unacceptable”.

The club feel that such a decline cannot be allowed to go on, but they are ready to give him a little more time to turn things around at the club.

Unacceptable

The results have been really poor in recent months, and it was only a matter of time before the Hammers board took it seriously.

Moyes has done an incredible job at the club, but at the same time, such a drop in standards cannot be allowed to continue forever.

While the results in the Europa Conference League have been outstanding, the Hammers have failed to maintain consistency in the league.

The club spend big over the summer transfer window, but Moyes was really unlucky that he didn’t get to use the likes of Nayef Aguerd and Maxwell Cornet properly.

That is hardly an excuse though. The Hammers do have a wealth of talents, and the results should have been a lot better.

The World Cup break has come at the right time for the club. A break can rejuvenate them as Moyes would be able to reflect on his mistakes and find solutions to their problems.
