West Ham United ace Declan Rice sends four-word message to Newcastle star Anthony Gordon
West Ham captain and midfielder Declan Rice has sent a four-word message to Newcastle United attacker Anthony Gordon.
The message comes after Gordon scored for England Under-21s in their 2-0 European Under-21 Championship 2023 win against Israel on Sunday (25 June).
The young Three Lions side secured top spot in Group C and a place in the last eight with one match to spare after the win.

Sharing an image of him celebrating with Nottingham Forest ace Morgan Gibbs-White, Gordon posted on Instagram: “Top of the group and into the quarters.”
West Ham star Rice replied: “Come on the boys.”

Exciting youngsters
England have a really exciting group of players coming through, one which is definitely capable of lifting this summer’s European Under-21 Championship.
And Gordon is just one of those players, with the Newcastle ace shining for his nation after a somewhat frustrating campaign for Everton and then the Magpies.
The winger scored just four goals and failed to register any assists from his 34 matches in all competitions last season, with those figures definitely needing to be improved upon if he wants to cut it at Newcastle.
But this current run of form with England will do him the world of good, as will the words of support from Hammers ace Rice, who is clearly invested in the future of his country.
The West Ham midfielder is just two years older than Gordon, but the latter can undoubtedly look up to the former when it comes to wearing the Three Lions shirt, with Rice already approaching 50 England caps.
In other West Ham news, the Hammers have made an approach to sign a new striker whose 16-goal loan has just come to an end.
