West Ham Super Fans have flocked to a post on the West Ham Zone Facebook page about Anthony Martial.
The Manchester United striker was linked with a move to the Irons by the Daily Star, and now it appears as if he has been put up for sale by the Red Devils [EuroSport].
However, it is very clear that our Super Fans want nothing to do with the Frenchman and would actually prefer their club to sign Divock Origi.
Will Martial move to the London Stadium?
David Moyes is building a young and hungry squad, and unfortunately, the French forward doesn’t appear to be hungry anymore.
Last season, he scored just four league goals, which was less than Kurt Zouma, and he really appears to have gone off the boil.
However, there is clearly an excellent player just waiting to spring into life as he has proved time and time again for the Red Devils.
In 264 appearances, the 25-year-old has scored 78 goals and provided 50 assists.
Now, you don’t make that many appearances or score that many goals for Manchester United if you are a bad player, so it has clearly just gone wrong for Martial.
If Moyes could bring the best out of the Frenchman, then this could be a move that the Irons should look at but is it worth the risk?
Clearly, our Super Fans don’t think so, and that is fair enough.
In other West Ham news, one player’s agent has requested talks with Irons over their latest decision.
