West Ham receive ‘no contact’ from Spartak Moscow over Alex Kral

West Ham have had no contact over a move for loanee Alex Kral, according to Claret & Hugh

The midfielder is currently on loan from Spartak Moscow on a deal keeping him in east London until the end of the season.

Kral was rumoured to return to his parent club during the January transfer window having only made one league appearance for the Hammers as reported by Russian outlet, MetaRatings.

West Ham

There has been ‘no contact whatsoever’ made by the Russian outfit according to Claret & Hugh’s top West Ham insider with the club likely to resist Kral departing early.

Learning curve

Kral just needs to be patient and wait for a potential opening within the Irons first 11.

The Czech Republic international is more than likely going to get a chance in the FA Cup this weekend as David Moyes’ team takes on Kidderminster Harriers and if he doesn’t feature in that game, he is well within his rights to return to his parent club.

West Ham

Even though it might seem like a waste of the season, this loan move could be very beneficial for Kral.

He isn’t used to not playing, having played frequently for most, if not all, of the teams he has represented.

This could be a huge learning curve for the youngster that could be used to his advantage later in his career.

The truth is West Ham’s squad is too thin to let anyone go. Even though the 23-year-old has barely featured this season it is too much of a risk to let anyone leave the club.
