West Ham owners praised by Trevor Sinclair
Trevor Sinclair believes the West Ham board are finally starting to deliver on promises that they made years ago.
Speaking to talkSPORT before the Irons’ win over Manchester City in the Carabao Cup, the former Irons striker discussed the feel-good feeling around the club at the moment.
He believes that David Sullivan and David Gold are now finally starting to see the results of their decisions, which could annoy some Hammers fans.
He said: “The club’s flying. I am really pleased for the players. I am really pleased for the fans and the owners because they’ve taken a lot of flak and rightly so at times.
“I think they’re turning it around, and they’re starting to deliver on promises, and hopefully, the fans can appreciate what they’ve brought.”
Interesting claims from Sinclair.

If you look at everything at the moment, then you can see that the Irons have transformed in just over a year.
They are now fighting at the top of the Premier League and are smashing the cup competitions as well.
They really look like an excellent side, and off the field, things seem to be much better as well.
Now, there are still a lot of promises that the board have failed to deliver, but if they keep going like this, then they will deliver those eventually [Hammers United].
This really is a great time to be a West Ham fan as things on the pitch are superb, and off the pitch, things appear to be gradually improving.
There is definitely still a long way to go, but we do agree with Sinclair in some ways and hope that some Irons fans are starting to soften their stance on the board.
