West Ham official promises to investigate media incident outside London Stadium
West Ham Fan TV were told they could not film outside of the London Stadium after the 1-1 draw to Manchester United on Tuesday, and are now having the incident investigated.
Nicky Hawkins, founder and co-host of West Ham TV, was left unhappy when he and a supporter were told that they could not conduct their usual post-match interviews outside the London Stadium by an authoritative figure.
The Hammers’ draw to Man United was clearly one that frustrated many, and speaking about the game after the final whistle is a way for supporters to get things off their chest.
The fan channel felt like they were being oppressed, despite having carried out interviews for around 10 years.
However, a West Ham official is now set to investigate the matter.

West Ham have ‘promised’ to investigate incident
In an update by West Ham Fan TV on Thursday, they have said that someone from the Hammers contacted them regarding what happened after the Man United game.
West Ham have “promised” to investigate the incident, but have already claimed that they have nothing to do with it.
Which, really, is a good thing, considering all the uproar that has already been seen at the London Stadium this season.
West Ham fans have protested against David Sullivan and Co. already this season, so the last thing the Irons need is to be caught up in more controversies.

Has Nuno Espirito Santo restored the faith at West Ham?
West Ham are still in a fight for Premier League survival, and the draw against Michael Carrick’s in-form United side on paper looked good.
But the reality is that every game matters from now until the end of the season, and dropping points so late into the game was truly heartbreaking for the Irons.

However, Nuno Espirito Santo does seem to have turned the tide in E20, and there was a much more positive feeling and buzz in the ground, particularly when Tomas Soucek’s strike found the back of the net.
It feels like the Hammers are building towards something under Nuno, and that the last few results haven’t just been fluke victories.
There’s still lots of work to do, but the Hammers are looking the best they’ve looked all season at the moment.
