West Ham may spend big to sign Patrick Schick this summer
West Ham could be bankrolled by owner Daniel Kretinsky in order to sign Bayer Leverkusen striker Patrick Schick in the summer, according to Claret and Hugh.
The 26-year-old has enjoyed a phenomenal season in the Bundesliga so far with 20 goals in as many games, only bettered by Bayern Munich superstar Robert Lewandowski.
He launched himself onto the world stage with a standout Euro 2020 including a stunning long-range effort against Scotland for the Czech Republic.

Claret and Hugh claim that Kretinsky, who also part-owns Sparta Prague (where Schick began his career), is ready to pump funds into the club’s coffers in order to bring the 26-year-old to the London Stadium this summer.
They also report that Newcastle United made an offer in January but he was reluctant to move due to their ongoing relegation battle.
No hesitation
This is an absolute must for West Ham and they need to act as soon as they possibly can to get in the queue before anybody else can.
A goal a game striker is the dream for any manager at any level of football and to have one in the Premier League would be huge for the Hammers.

That’s not even considering the burden currently on Michail Antonio as the Irons’ only senior striker right now.
He could do with a break and some good competition and that is exactly what Schick can bring.
It might even see a formation change because someone of the Czech’s reputation can’t be warming the bench anywhere right now.
He is one of the hottest attackers in world football and demands a starting place wherever he goes.
David Moyes has to give the green light immediately and allow Kretinsky to work his magic to bring Schick to the London Stadium next season.
