West Ham man Craig Dawson to miss Dinamo Zagreb game
West Ham centre-back Craig Dawson is set to miss the game against Dinamo Zagreb, according to a new report.
Claret & Hugh claim that the 31-year-old has suffered a minor knock, and as a result, he won’t be available for selection.
This follows from a report earlier on Wednesday [8 December] confirming that the former Watford man had trained alone.

It seems as if he couldn’t overcome his problem and Jamal Baptiste looks set to partner Issa Diop as David Moyes’ injury woes worsen.
Injury problems pile up.
The Hammers have had plenty of injury issues in recent weeks, and after Kurt Zouma and Angelo Ogbonna were ruled out, the last thing the Irons needed was another injury to a centre-back.
Now, luckily, it seems as if Dawson’s injury isn’t that bad, and he should be back to take on Burnley at the weekend.
However, he has been a very good signing for the Irons and has been described as “unbelievable” by Carlton Cole in the past because of his ability to win headers [BT Sport].

Now, if it is Baptiste who plays, then what a chance for the defender to make a real impression and perhaps put Dawson under pressure.
However, we can imagine that he will be hoping that the young centre-back copes well with the pressure and fills in while he is injured.
Hopefully, Dawson uses this time to rest and return ready for a massive festive period in which he is going to be very busy and the Irons need him fit and available.
In other West Ham news, Moyes has provided an injury update ahead of the EL game.
