West Ham hope to have Aaron Cresswell available v Arsenal
West Ham manager David Moyes says he hopes to have Aaron Cresswell available for the game against Arsenal on Wednesday (15 December).
The Hammers travel to the Emirates Stadium in midweek after playing out a dull 0-0 draw with Burnley today (12 December).
Cresswell has missed the last three matches after picking up a back problem against Manchester City at the end of November.

Asked if the left-back could feature against Arsenal, Moyes said [via Football.London]:
“I’m hoping so. We’re really short as you can see and will look to muck through the best we can.
“But I’ll wait and see when we get back tomorrow, see how he’s done today. He was in training today. So hopefully there might be some news when we get back tomorrow morning.”

Huge boost
Having Cresswell back available would be a huge boost for West Ham, particularly as Moyes currently only has two senior full-back options at his disposal.
Ben Johnson is also on the sidelines, meaning Arthur Masuaku was handed only his second Premier League start of the season against Burnley.
The Congolese international played ok and of course scored a freak goal against Chelsea last weekend (4 December), but he is much more suited to a role higher up the pitch.
Meanwhile in Cresswell, West Ham have a player who has flourished into one of the best full-backs in the Premier League.
The 31-year-old loves getting forward and putting dangerous crosses into the box, but he is also just as adept at his defensive duties.
Cresswell’s experience is also vital in the Hammers team and he has taken on more of a leadership role over the last 12 months.
In other West Ham news, a Hammers transfer target reportedly wants to leave his current club in January.
