West Ham duo of Rice and Soucek wow Gary Neville
The West Ham duo of Declan Rice and Tomas Soucek absolutely blew Gary Neville away with their display in the Hammers’ game against Leicester City.
Speaking on Sky Sports Monday Night Football, Neville revealed that Rice and Soucek had impressed him as the Hammers rolled Leicester over at the London Stadium.
Rice and Soucek were fantastic last season for the Hammers, and it seems as if they have picked up where they left off this season as well.

Neville said: “Soucek and Rice in central midfield have done an outstanding job.
“They play 4-2-4 in defence, West Ham, and those two behind that front four have been brilliant and do so much work shuffling across.
“We were actually a bit worried whether they could do it for the full 90 minutes and whether Leicester could get through them.”
Rice and Soucek brilliant.
Rice was fantastic on the Hammers’ opening day game against Newcastle United, and Soucek managed to continue his goal-scoring antics from last season.
They were also brilliant tonight, and it is no surprise that Neville lauded them for their displays in the centre of the park.

The base of Rice and Soucek is absolutely ideal as they both cover so much ground and allow the likes of Said Benrahma and Pablo Fornals to cause havoc in front of them, with both getting on the scoresheet.
So Neville was blown away by this West Ham duo, and if they keep going like this, then they will impress pundits and fans up and down the country.
In other West Ham news, one pundit was not impressed by one Irons man in the first half.
