West Ham confirm starting XI v Tottenham Hotspur

West Ham have confirmed their starting XI for their game against Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League today.

David Moyes has made six changes from the side that thrashed Genk 3-0 on Thursday.

Lukasz Fabianski returns in goal.

In front of him, the back four consists of Ben Johnson, Angelo Ogbonna, Kurt Zouma, and Aaron Cresswell.

Declan Rice will partner Tomas Soucek in the midfield.

Then Said Benrahma, Pablo Fornals, and Jarrod Bowen start behind Michail Antonio.

Ideal starting XI for the Irons.

This is pretty much Moyes’ strongest team, and Tottenham should be worried about what is to come.

The bench also looks pretty good, with the likes of Nikola Vlasic, Manuel Lanzini, and Andriy Yarmolenko all available to come on.

Certainly, the latter two impressed on Thursday, and you would think they could make an impact if Moyes’ side are struggling.

He can also call on the experienced Mark Noble and Craig Dawson should he need to make any defensive changes towards the end of the match.

So, this is a strong team, and we believe that West Ham have every right to feel confident about getting a win today against a decent Spurs side, but they certainly aren’t anything special.

One thing we can see, though, is goals, and Antonio and Benrahma should have a field day against Spurs’ shaky defence.
