West Ham attempt to offload Mesaque Dju and Xande Silva on deadline day
West Ham want to move Portuguese attackers Mesaque Dju and Xande Silva out of the club, according to ExWHUemployee.
The Irons insider, writing via The West Ham Way Patreon [31/08/21], claims Dju [22] and Silva [24] are not wanted by the east London club.
“The club are trying to move on the Portuguese players Dju and Xande Silva,” he said.

“He had a move to a club who then got hit by a transfer embargo and he couldn’t go so the club may look for another.
“There appears to be interest from Greek side Aris Thessaloniki who he spent last year on loan at too. He clearly doesn’t have a future at the club.”

Double departure?
Silva joined the Irons in 2018 but has made just two first-team appearances in that time, with only one coming in the Premier League.
He has spent the majority of his time with the Under-23 side while he scored just four goals in 33 appearances for Greek outfit Aris last season.
Dju, meanwhile, joined on a free transfer in January 2019 but is yet to make a senior outing for West Ham.
With the Irons also reinforcing their second-string squad this summer with the likes of Armstrong Okoflex and Thierry Nevers, both of whom have made impressive starts to life in east London, there appears little chance of the Portuguese duo playing football of any kind unless they both leave.
A double deadline day exit looks to be on the cards for both.
In other West Ham news, ExWHUemployee claims an announcement is expected soon with Irons on verge of major deadline day signing.
