View: West Ham ‘concerned’ Liverpool will come calling again for Bowen
West Ham are ‘concerned’ that Liverpool could make a move for Jarrod Bowen in the summer transfer window according to The Times.
The Englishman has been the Hammers stand out performer this season with 19 goal involvements in all competitions this season.
The Reds have been fought off well by the Irons with interest being expressed for the 25-year-old across the last few windows but there is concern Liverpool may come calling again at the end of the season.

They are likely to come back in for Bowen though with Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane’s futures uncertain at the club as they approach 30.
The Reds are also yet to pen star man Mo Salah to a new deal which increases the need for options in attack with Bowen a seemingly perfect successor and highly praised by Jurgen Klopp.
Crossroad
Liverpool’s interest in Bowen isn’t slowing down and actually seems to be increasing as West Ham hold firm on their talisman.
David Moyes is understandably reluctant to let go of, if not, the best players in his squad but how long can you keep a club with the wealth of Liverpool at bay?
The Irons find themselves in a very dangerous position with several crucial players facing uncertain futures in east London – they find themselves at a crossroad.

If the club can’t keep hold of their best players whilst bossing the Europa League, challenging for the Champions League, overperforming in the Premier League and taking both domestic cups seriously, when will they be able to?
In all seriousness, this is the Hammers best season for a very long time, and it will crush the club if their key players leave despite that.
This is something that will have to be forgotten about with a move very unlikely in January but with the Reds front three all ageing, there is no doubt they will be back in for Bowen again.
