Sky Sports journalist reacts as West Ham United boss David Moyes linked to Celtic
Sky Sports journalist Alan Myers does not expect David Moyes to leave West Ham for Celtic, particularly if they win the UEFA Europa Conference League.
The Hammers take on Fiorentina at the Fortuna Arena on 7 June as Moyes aims to win his first trophy in charge of the club.
The Scotsman has been linked with Celtic after their manager Ange Postecoglou left in order to take over the reins at Tottenham Hotspur.
When asked about Moyes possibly moving to Glasgow, Myers wrote on Twitter, “I wouldn’t expect that to happen, especially with a win tomorrow.”
Change is needed
Moyes has done a very good job at West Ham and the fans will be grateful for the work he’s put in regardless of the result against Fiorentina.

He’s taken a side that was battling relegation to two back-to-back European finishes and a European cup final with the closest they’ve been to winning silverware in years.
He’s also overseen a tight-knit unit and managed to bring in some big name players through the door.
However, this season in the Premier League, it was a clear indicator that his time at the club may be coming to an end.
West Ham went from being top-four contenders to relegation candidates despite spending what teams in the big six do.
That resulted in them getting weaker, rather than stronger, and with Declan Rice set to leave too, it’s going to take some rebuilding over the summer and Moyes does not appear to be the ideal man for the job.
