Reliable club source shares result of West Ham friendly v Crystal Palace on Saturday
ExWHUemployee has confirmed that West Ham United have beaten Crystal Palace 2-1 on Saturday afternoon.
The Hammers have beaten both Queens Park Rangers and Palace in the past week, as David Moyes steps up his squad’s preparation.
The Irons welcome Wolves to the London Stadium in their first fixture back in the Premier League, as they start level on points with the relegation zone.
ExWHUemployee confirmed on his personal Twitter account that both Sebastien Haller and Jeremy Ngakia found the back of the net.
“Score confirmed (2-1),” he wrote.
“The scorers were Sebastien Haller and Jeremy Ngakia! Ngakia apparently had a very good game!”
Moyes’ squad have taken advantage of these warm-up games, with both wins convincing against their London rivals.
Ngakia appeared to impress in the London derby, and the reliable club source claimed that with two weeks remaining on his contract, anything could happen.
It was reported by the Telegraph that the young defender had been offered two deals by Bundesliga clubs recently, as well as a couple of Premier League clubs registering their interest.
The young defender can feature against both Wolves and Spurs, but could then leave once his contract runs out – conversations are surely set to remain ongoing.
