Reliable club source details board backing for Moyes, shares potential plan B for West Ham

The Premier League restart has certainly put West Ham United in a heap of trouble this season.

David Moyes has seen his side struggle to back-to-back defeats against Wolves and Spurs, as the fear of relegation grows at the London Stadium.

The Irons are currently only out of the relegation zone on goal difference, and it doesn’t get any easier with Chelsea next up in East London.

There could start to be question marks over the future of Moyes if he doesn’t start to pick up wins in the Premier League.

Claret and Hugh have reported that the Hammers board are currently 100% behind the Scotsman, with no fears over his spot in charge.

The reliable club source has claimed that if Moyes does get the boot or decide to leave West Ham, Sean Dyche at Burnley could be their plan B over the summer.

Why Dyche? The Daily Mail has reported that the Burnley manager is eyeing a summer exit from Turf Moor despite their survival once again in the top-flight.

It is reported that Dyche has suffered with a breakdown in relationship with chairman Mike Garlick over his future and the transfer budget for the summer.

Either way, it will most likely depend on whether or not the Hammers stay in the Premier League and if they don’t, they can wave goodbye to the chances of bringing Dyche to the club.
