Premier League week 38: Stan Collymore predicts scoreline of West Ham clash v Brighton
West Ham will look to grab a top-six spot on the final day of the season with a win over Brighton in the Premier League on Sunday (22 May).
The Hammers need a win on the final day, and hope Manchester United drop points against Crystal Palace to book a place in the Europa League next season.
Stan Collymore, however, suggests that David Moyes’s side had left it all against Manchester City in the previous game and predicts a 2-1 defeat for this game.

Collymore spoke to The Sunday People (May 22, page 54): “West Ham left it all out there last week against Manchester City.”
One final push
The Hammers have enjoyed an incredible season but it must be so painful for them to watch the Europa League final this week.
It could have been them instead of Eintrancht Frankfurt, but the club will take experience from this journey and look to get better next season.
It’s been a long season for them, but Moyes will demand one final effort from his players. It’s their best chance of booking a place in the Europa League this season.

Manchester United have been unpredictable away from home, and the Hammers should look to get above them.
The summer transfer window is absolutely vital for the Hammers. The club need a massive rebuilding, and Moyes is likely to be given funds to bolster the squad.
This could be an emotional game for a lot of West Ham players including Mark Noble, Ryan Fredericks, and Andriy Yarmolenko. Noble is set to retire at the end of the season, while the other two will leave the club following their expiry of their contract.
In other West Ham news, a football finance expert has made a mammoth £200m Hammers claim amid recent speculation.
