Patrik Schick price tag proving to be hindrance for West Ham
West Ham have been hindered by Patrik Schick’s price tag set by Bayer Leverkusen, according to reliable insider ExWHUemployee.
The Hammers are keen on signing a striker in January and have identified the 25-year-old as a potential target.
The club are believed to have tracked him in the past but may steer clear because of the valuation set by the Bundesliga club.

Ex wrote, “We have also monitored Patrik Schick of Leverkusen in Germany but again price tag remains a factor.”
Worth signing
Schick is someone who’s at the perfect age and could take the next step in his career at West Ham.
While he’s had a number of standout moments during his career, the highlight would certainly be his wonder goal at Euro 2020.
The goal he scored against Scotland was labelled the “Goal of the Tournament” by Gazprom and led to him making headlines at last summer’s tournament.
Apart from scoring these wonder strikes, he’s also got the ability to find space inside the penalty area and prove to be a menace for opposition defenders.
It’s understandable why the Hammers are keen on signing the Czech Republic international.
Whether or not they table a significant offer that tempts Bayer Leverkusen to sell, remains to be seen.
