Paris Saint-Germain are pushing to offload Layvin Kurzawa this summer, with West Ham United reportedly interested.
RMC Sport shared that the Irons had entered the race overnight and were looking to seal a deal for the left-back.
Kurzawa has sealed four Ligue 1 titles in Paris, but it looks as though his time will come to an end there this month.
Julien Maynard has shared the latest on his situation on his personal Twitter account, with one of the Hammers rivals for the signature out of the race.
Lyon have now dropped out with Emerson Palmieri of Chelsea their target, leaving PSG looking for suitors.
“Layvin Kurzawa will not go to OL,” he wrote.
“The possibilities are very few, but PSG still hopes for a sale in the last days of the transfer window.”
Priorities.
West Ham have a number of priorities needed in this window, with the final third and the heart of defence the top two.
If a move for a new left-back was to happen, it would be at the very last moment should those other areas be solved.
