Napoli midfielder Piotr Zielinski not keen to join West Ham United
Napoli midfielder Piotr Zielinski has said “no” to West Ham move, according to a report from Calciomercato.it.
The Polish midfielder has been linked with a move to the London Stadium, with ExWHUemployee reporting on 24 July that the player has been recommended to David Moyes by Rob Newman.
The Italian media outlet reports on 25 July that there have been indications that Zielinski could leave the club as there was a general feeling that he could move on after spending six seasons at the club.

Calciomercato suggest that they’ve heard from close to the player’s camp that the Polish international has no desire to leave Napoli at the moment.
In any case, the Serie A club are expected to demand a high transfer fee for the 28-year-old, and only a fee of around £34m will seal the deal.
Difficult
Bolstering the midfield is a priority for David Moyes this summer, and the club probably will actively look to add a top-quality midfielder.
West Ham are also chasing Lille midfielder Amadou Onana, but they are nowhere near to reaching an agreement at the moment.
The same goes for Zielinski. The amount quoted for him is probably too high for West Ham’s liking, and it looks very difficult for the Hammers to reach an agreement here.
Declan Rice looks all set to stay put for another season, unless there’s a massive offer on the table. Tomas Soucek’s future has been speculated, but he is going nowhere as well.

The Polish midfielder has 72 caps for his country and he is vastly experienced. He has scored 40 goals in over 280 appearances for the club, and he is equally good at playing in the attacking midfield role.
West Ham have shown great ambition in the transfer market so far, but they are not done yet.
While they are close to securing a deal for Gianluca Scamacca [Gianluca Di Marzio], the club still need to add a midfielder and a left-back before the end of this window.
