Moyes gives up hope to keep Rice at West Ham amid Manchester United and Chelsea links
David Moyes has reportedly given up hope on keeping Declan Rice at West Ham beyond this summer.
According to the Daily Mail, the Hammers have now jacked up their asking price for the England international to £150million – which would make him the most expensive Premier League player of all time.
Manchester United and Chelsea are reportedly keen on signing the 23-year-old and he would fancy moving there.

Here we go?
At the end of the day, it was always going to come down to Rice’s preferences and whether or not he wanted to stay at the London Stadium.
While he loves the club and the fans, he knows that there is a lot of chaos behind the scenes.
The manager has not properly been backed in the transfer window despite overachieving and finishing 6th last season.
If Rice wants to play Champions League football, West Ham is not the club where he can achieve his dreams.

His sale would compensate the club handsomely so it will not be all doom and gloom.
That said, the fans will be disappointed as Rice as arguably been their biggest asset of all time and losing such a leader would be a bitter pill to swallow this summer.
In other West Ham news, the Hammers have scouted a £20m-rated ‘Dangerous’ British striker and want to seal a permanent move this summer.
