Moise Kean transfer update after West Ham United, Fulham and Crystal Palace linked in January window

Attention needs to be paid to West Ham United in relation to Moise Kean’s next move and Juventus will consider all types of offer this month, according to Mirko Di Natale.

The Tutto Juve journalist reported via X on 16 January that it won’t just be straight loan approaches that the Serie A giants are open to during the January transfer window, with the 23-year-old on the move and already talks already in progress with Fiorentina and Monza.

David Moyes is in need of help up front with Michail Antonio and Jarrod Bowen injured, while Mohammed Kudus is away at the Africa Cup of Nations, leaving just three-goal Danny Ings and one-goal Divin Mubama available.

Di Natale wrote: “On Kean, in addition to the clubs already mentioned, pay attention to the possible interest of Premier League clubs looking for a striker (Crystal Palace, Fulham, West Ham).

“Juve, will evaluate every type of proposal, not just those on a dry loan.”

Kean is believed to be favouring a return to the Premier League and is particularly interested in a move to London.

There for the taking

If West Ham want Kean it certainly looks like they can have him, which is more than can be said for some other targets.

But there is arguably a reason why he is so readily available in Turin, where he hasn’t scored yet this season, and his previous time in England with Everton clearly didn’t work out.

However, he is a talented player and has offers on the continent for a reason as well, so the door is open to Moyes if he wants to investigate something that suits the club.

West Ham

It likely won’t get fans excited if West Ham were to move for Kean but in a situation where there looks to be precious little scope to do anything to expansive this month it is, at minimum, a player who looks interested and whose club are prepared to do a deal.

In theory, once Kudus returns from AFCON and injuries clear up there would be little chance of Kean featuring, barring a major return to form.

But with Ings and Mubama both exit-linked themselves it is a measure of how thin the options are for the next few weeks at the London Stadium.

In other West Ham news, the Irons have been offered a controversial January signing.
