Mark Noble recommends new behind-the-scenes West Ham United hire after double exit

Mark Noble has put forward his recommendations for new coaching additions to David Moyes’ staff at West Ham, according to ExWHUemployee.

Hammers boss Moyes has found himself two team members down with assistants Mark Warburton and Paul Nevin both departing ahead of the new campaign.

With pre-season preparations about to step up a notch, Moyes will want to bring in new faces as quickly as possible and club legend Noble – now West Ham’s sporting director – has made his suggestions.

“West Ham are currently looking for two replacements now with a couple of former players and other recommendations from Mark Noble being considered,” ExWHUemployee wrote on their patreon account.

Quick appointments needed

West Ham fans will be glad to hear Noble and West Ham are busy scouring replacements for two excellent coaches, who have left a big void in Moyes’ coaching staff.

Both men played their part as the Hammers earned success in the Europa Conference League last season, and Moyes will want able deputies by his side when they compete in the Europa League next term.

It is not just the issue of the backroom team giving Moyes a headache. Captain Declan Rice is closing on a £105million switch to London rivals Arsenal, and at least one midfield signing will need to be made.

Additionally, Gianluca Scamacca looks certain to return to Serie A – at least on loan initially – and Moyes will want to bring in another forward option to account for losing the Italian.

It promises to be an extremely busy pre-season at West Ham, and they can make things a little easier by making quick coaching appointments.

In other West Ham news, a £15.3million bid update has emerged as the Hammers track ex-Chelsea loanee Denis Zakaria.
