Luizao exit lined up at West Ham United with loan transfer now on cards
West Ham United defender Luizao could join Turkish Super Lig side Eyupspor before their summer transfer deadline, according to UOL.
The news outlet has reported that the Turkish side are seeking a loan move for the Brazilian, with their deadline on Friday 13 September
With no official offer yet to be made, it is said that Eyupspor is looking to speed up negotiations in the coming days with West Ham.
Luizao transfer on cards at West Ham United
Since he arrived at the London Stadium back in January 2023, the Brazilian defender hasn’t yet made a senior appearance for the Hammers.
He was initially brought to London as part of the Hammers’ development squad and did end up making his debut for the under-21s.
However, since the summer transfer window opened, there have been many clubs that have shown an interest in acquiring his services.
Championship side Stoke City [Felipe Silva, 29 August] and even clubs from Belgium and France [Bruno Andrade, 28 August] had been in discussions for the defender.
Despite all the interest shown in the youngster, nothing has ever come to fruition and it felt as if Luizao was destined to stay in the Hammers’ academy yet again.

Despite that, there is still a way out for the defender, and it only feels right that he’s allowed to showcase his talents each week.
If Julen Lopetegui sees something in him that he likes then a loan move would also more than suffice, especially since he’s contracted to West Ham until 2026.
