Leeds United ready to sell Jack Harrison amid West Ham United transfer development
West Ham are keen on the signature of Leeds United winger Jack Harrison, according to talkSPORT.
Fellow Premier League outfit Aston Villa are also showing an interest in the attacker, who has just been relegated with the Whites.
Harrison could be on the move this summer in an effort to stay in the top flight, with Robbie Earnshaw labelling the forward “world-class” earlier in the campaign.
“Leeds are preparing for the departure of Jack Harrison after their relegation from the Premier League,” according to talkSPORT.
“West Ham and Aston Villa are among the clubs interested in signing him.”
Summer exit likely
Harrison hasn’t exactly had his best season in a Leeds shirt, but then again there are very few Whites players who can be praised for their displays this season.
It’s all doom and gloom around Elland Road right now following their relegation from the Premier League, with the grey cloud set to remain for quite some time.
Fans and players will have that sinking feeling, despite all the warning signs being there for many months.
Amid all the uncertainty this summer, one certainty will be the exit of several senior players, and Harrison looks likely to be in that group.
He definitely has the ability to shine in the Premier League, and there will no doubt be a handful of clubs keen to bring him in before the new campaign.
His pace and trickery on the wing is a huge asset, even if it wasn’t on display enough this season.
Those characteristics would definitely help improve the West Ham attack, with the Hammers also set to lose some senior players this summer.
