Layvin Kurzawa left out of PSG squad with West Ham interested
West Ham United have been linked with numerous major moves for new defenders during this summer window.
The latest of those was Paris Saint-Germain left-back Layvin Kurzawa, who could offer serious competition for Aaron Cresswell.
RMC Sport reported that the Irons had joined the hunt for his signature as they look to improve their strength in depth.
Those rumours could start to heat up this weekend.
Mauricio Pochettino has decided to dump the French international from his matchday squad for the upcoming Ligue 1 clash v Stade Brest.
The South American has included many younger players, opting against the experience of the four-time title winner.
That could be the first major hint that he is set for an imminent exit from the French capital with less than two weeks remaining in this window.

David Moyes has numerous areas he wants to reinforce this month.
With only two weeks remaining, left-back, centre-half, midfield and another striker is needed, although all four of those appear unlikely.
Moyes will most likely have to settle for two of those four, and left-back may not be at the top of the list right now.
Cresswell has Ben Johnson and Arthur Masuaku behind him in the pecking order, and that they are either youthful or injury-prone.
This may be one to look out for in the loan market, similar to Alphonse Areola who has already arrived from Paris during this window.
