Jeff Stelling predicts West Ham United clash v Manchester United
Jeff Stelling has backed West Ham United to beat Manchester United in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
The Sky Sports host has predicted that it will finish 3-2 to the Irons, as they look to bounce back from that defeat against Leeds.
David Moyes will be considering changes, although it is Jarrod Bowen who has been backed to make all the difference in this one.
Speaking on Sky Sports’ Super 6 predictions, Stelling backed the Irons to return to winning ways in sensational fashion at Old Trafford.
“Just two points separate Manchester United and West Ham, as they both continue their charge for a top-four and Champions League spot,” he wrote.
“The hosts are still not convincing under Ralf Rangnick and West Ham may take advantage of this, particularly United’s defence. Jarrod Bowen could be amongst the goalscorers again in what will be a five-goal thriller at Old Trafford.”
Neil Mellor also predicted the clash, but went for a sensible approach and backed it to finish 1-1 between sides both pushing for the top four.
Bowen has been in sensational form this season, and will be more determined than ever to push his side to three points over the weekend.
Despite scoring one against Leeds, the winger was devastated after missing that sitter at the end of the clash and will want to make up for that after apologising.
This will have a huge say on the push for those Champions League spots, and the winners will likely become one of the favourites for it.
