Jamie O’Hara disgusted by what Jason Cundy told him about Man United duo Antony and Alejandro Garnacho v West Ham United
Jamie O’Hara couldn’t believe what Jason Cundy told him about what Antony and Alejandro Garnacho did in the Manchester United game against West Ham on Saturday (23 December).
Speaking on TalkSPORT on Saturday, Cundy revealed that the duo only passed the ball to Rasmus Hojlund once during his 60 minutes on the pitch at the London Stadium.
O’Hara responded by saying it was a “disgusting” stat from the Red Devils’ wingers as their team fell to a 2-0 defeat against the Hammers, courtesy of goals from Jarrod Bowen and Mohammed Kudus.
“Between Garnacho and Antony, between them, they played in the whole game one ball to Hojlund,” said Cundy.
“One?” responded O’Hara. “That’s so bad. That’s disgusting. No wonder Hojlund hasn’t scored. Wow.”
Shocking
That stat is absolutely shocking from two Man United players who are supposed to be creative influences for their side.
To only find the centre-forward once, at a club the size of the Red Devils, is completely and utterly unacceptable and it shows exactly why they find themselves in the position they are currently in.
Long gone are the Alex Ferguson days when they would turn up to East London and you’d be happy to scrape a point as they would more often than not dominate the game.

While Erik ten Hag’s side had a couple of decent spells against the Hammers on Saturday, they still didn’t look too threatening and their defensive frailties were clearly on show for both of the goals.
The victory meant we leapfrogged Man United into sixth place in the Premier League table, something all those associated with the club would’ve taken at the start of the season.
In other West Ham news, Ally McCoist was wowed by what one “brilliant” Hammers player did against Man United.
