Jamie Carragher, Gary Neville Roy Keane and Ian Wright predict result of West Ham United v Burnley

Gary Neville, Jamie Carragher, Roy Keane and Ian Wright have made their predictions ahead of West Ham United taking on Burnley this weekend.

The Hammers return to Premier League action after their 3-2 win over Nottingham Forest before the international break, and will face a Burnley side who have lost their last six-in-a-row in all competitions.

And when asked for their predictions on The Overlap (23 November), the four pundits were unanimous in their choice that David Moyes’ side would come out on top.

“2-0 or 2-1 West Ham. West Ham all day. 2-1 West Ham,” Keane said.

“I fancy them to win,” Wright added.

“West Ham will win. 1-0 West Ham,” Carragher claimed, with Neville agreeing the Hammers should get the nod.

Perfect

A trip to Turf Moor is never easy, and with Burnley liking to play football these days they will always be a difficult match.

But with the way the team have been performing recently and with the strengths we have in the squad, this is a game we should absolutely be winning.

A big problem will be that Jarrod Bowen and Michail Antonio are injured, while Mohammed Kudus is suffering with a back issue too which means we could end up with an under strength attack.

However even with those players out we should have enough quality in the squad to be able to beat a Burnley side with little threat going forward and a super leaky defence.

This is the perfect game that the club would have wanted to come back from an international break for, so lets get all three points in a convincing fashion and prove them right.
