Injury expert shares Manchester United news ahead of FA Cup fixture v West Ham United
Manchester United will be without four first-team players for their FA Cup clash against West Ham United, according to injury expert, Ben Dinnery.
Donny van de Beek and Christian Eriksen are both long-term absentees from Erik ten Hag’s squad and will miss the visit of David Moyes’ side (Premier Injuries website).
Anthony Martial missed the League Cup final win over Newcastle United and is not expected to return until 5 March at the earliest. Mason Greenwood is also still unavailable for selection.

Fast start
United are coming off an impressive performance and cup win against Newcastle and could well be there for the taking if the Hammers start fast. The high of winning a domestic trophy could well lead to a slight hangover which West Ham could take advantage of.
However, is an FA Cup run what David Moyes wants right now?
There’s the argument to suggest his side will want to continue their winning form, which is obviously the case. Although, with the Conference League and their Premier League survival still on the line, there are probably other priorities which trump an FA Cup run.

The win over Nottingham Forest was absolutely vital for Moyes. Had West Ham failed to beat Steve Cooper’s side, there would’ve been a good chance of the Scot being relieved of his duties.
Now it’s absolutely vital for his team to build on that performance, with this weekend’s clash against Brighton the perfect opportunity for two positive results on the spin.
Maxwel Cornet is the only real injury doubt for Moyes’ at present, with Kurt Zouma now back in training after his thigh issue.
