GSB would never be forgiven by West Ham fans if they sell Declan Rice – Barry Fry

Barry Fry has insisted that GSB would never be forgiven should they sell West Ham United star Declan Rice over the summer.

The England international has consistently been linked with some of the best clubs in the Premier League, and that will continue over the summer.

Fry, the director of football at Peterborough, has created a sustainable transfer method at the club, something that can’t be said about the Irons.

Speaking to This is Futbol, Fry insisted that GSB would never be trusted again at the London Stadium should they make that decision.

“I don’t think West Ham fans would ever forgive them if they sold their best player,” he said.

“Declan has been magnificent for them and will continue to be magnificent.”

Don’t leave.

David Moyes has eased our worries over the weekend.

The Hammers boss has insisted that while Rice is under contract at the London Stadium, there should be no worries about his next destination and a potential exit.

Rice is simply irreplaceable, no matter how much money is thrown at us.

The Irons mainstay will break many records at the London Stadium should he stay, and with the Europa League coming up after our shock qualification, big things are coming.

Should we want to make this a regular occurrence year-upon-year, Rice will be critical to that, and there is no world where him leaving will make sense.

It cannot happen.
