Graham Potter West Ham stance emerges amid Everton twist
West Ham United is a “more likely” destination for Graham Potter this season than Everton is, according to TEAMtalk.
The online outlet reported via their website (30 December) that the out-of-work Englishman is being very “picky” about his next job amid links to a number of clubs this term.
However, the report does add that Potter is a “main” candidate that The Friedkin Group have looked at in their search for a potential Sean Dyche replacement.
Graham Potter could save West Ham United
While the Hammers might not find themselves in as precarious of a position as Everton are, it still feels like their season could still do with saving.
Lopetegui has been under constant scrutiny this term with plenty of questions being asked about where his future could lie.
At the moment, West Ham are 13th in the league and are even ahead of the likes of Manchester United but, when the Red Devils’ form from this season is taken into account, it doesn’t really feel like that’s much of a brag anymore.

Even though they’re not likely to be relegated from the top flight, they’re equally not as likely to make their way into the European spots unless something changes.
Which is why Potter could be the perfect candidate for the job. He had an impressive tenure with Brighton and while his time with Chelsea may have left a sour taste in the mouths of some Blues fans, it feels like things could be different for him at the London Stadium.
In other West Ham news, Tony Cottee is in disbelief over the board’s latest destination and has named his preferred candidate to replace Lopetegui.
