Fulham fear Fabio Carvalho has agreed next move amid West Ham interest

Fulham fear that Fabio Carvalho has already agreed a deal to join another club amid interest from West Ham, according to TEAMtalk.

The 19-year-old attacking midfielder is out of contract at the end of 2021-22, and he is refusing to sign another deal, with Premier League clubs keen on recruiting his services.

Carvalho is also on the radar of Southampton, Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool, so the Hammers face stiff competition for his signature and will have to agree to a compensation.

If the reports are anything to go by, the teenage sensation has already decided on his next club, and that could be West Ham or someone else.

Suitors will have to wait until summer before getting their hands on Carvalho, but that should not be a problem as one of the best youngsters could be snapped up for absolute peanuts.

He scored once in four Premier League appearances in 2020-21 and has scored four times and assisted another in 11 Championship starts at Craven Cottage.

West Ham could do with such a talented youngster in their attack, and finishing in the top-four could give them a chance.

With the competition at Spurs and Liverpool, and considering that the Saints are a mid-table team at best, a move to the London Stadium could be best for Carvalho’s development.

Fulham will be hoping Premier League promotion can convince him to stay, and while they fear he might have agreed to move on, that is not a certainty, and a lot can still happen in the coming months.
