ExWHUemployee: West Ham prepared to pay £35m for Chelsea striker Armando Broja
West Ham are reportedly willing to pay up to 35million in order to secure the services of Chelsea striker Armando Broja.
According to ExWHUemployee, the 20-year-old does fancy a move to the London Stadium and wants to stay put in the capital.
The Blues are looking to add certain clauses to the deal which is what has been holding up any progress on the deal.

Ex said on the West Ham Way Podcast, “Chelsea are looking for around £30-35million to sign him and West Ham are willing to pay that.
“The problem is with the negotiations Chelsea are probably going to want a sell on clause and maybe a buyback clause as well.
“We have the trump card of London as our main selling point.
“He is said to be happy to move to West Ham.”
Positive signs
The Hammers appear to be in a good position when it comes to signing the Albanian striker.
Of all the clubs interested, it would make the most sense for Broja to move to the London Stadium as he’ll be at a top half club fighting for the top four/six next season.
He will also get to play in Europe – something that is not going to be available at Everton or Newcastle.
If the club are willing to pay that money then they should back it up with an official bid and test Chelsea’s resolve as he’s not even on their pre-season tour.
The Blues will also be looking to sell a few players this summer and Broja is the likeliest to fetch the most money for them.
This week is key as we will get more clarity over his situation and hopefully, we’ll see him donning claret and blue in the not-so-distant future.
