ExWHUemployee responds to claims Jarrod Bowen rupturing ACL

Rumours started on Tuesday evening that West Ham United star Jarrod Bowen had ruptured his ACL.

West Ham Transfers made the claim on the winger, despite the squad only just arriving in Scotland for pre-season.

Bowen has been pictured frequently, something which made Irons fans start to question the rumour in the comments.

ExWHUemployee has finally responded on his personal Twitter account, insisting with a GIF that it wasn’t true.

A fan had asked the reliable source to close down the account that shared the rumour, which he certainly obliged.

Thankful.

This is why certain accounts on West Ham cannot be trusted.

It is so easy to make a rumour that one of our players is out for the season, and then collect all of the attention online.

Bowen was a great rotation option in the final third last season, and stepped up when needed when the likes of Michail Antonio were injured.

David Moyes will be praying for no injuries this month, with the Europa League coming up very quickly.

The 24-year-old scored eight goals and added five assists last season, as he featured in every single Premier League game.

That proves Moyes trusts him massively, and he will continue to do so next season as this rumour is shut down by Ex.

We can’t wait for the season to start already, and he will surely be set for a big role in all competitions for the Irons – bring it on.
