Emerson Palmieri names West Ham United player who is hard to defend against
Emerson Palmieri has said that West Ham winger Said Benrahma is the hardest player to defend against in training.
In a Q/A session with the fans on Twitter, the summer signing from Chelsea answered a lot of questions, and in one of those, he made this admission.
Benrahma is a tricky winger who has got blistering pace and great dribbling skills.
Palmieri wrote: “Again a tough one as there’s so many! But I’d say Said Benrahma.”
Consistency
Benrahma is a fantastic player who has got loads of ability, but consistency is the only demon that prevents him from becoming a top-class forward.
David Moyes has challenged him recently to deliver on a more consistent basis. The manager has admitted that Benrahma can come up with moments of brilliance, and he has the ability to make a difference.
However, he struggles to produce that on a consistent basis. For a player of his ability, he should be improving his stats – mainly goals and assists.

After impressing in two cameo performances, Moyes started him against Bournemouth. The Algerian was brilliant in that game as the Hammers won 2-0. He scored from the spot and looked lively throughout the game.
Benrahma also impressed in the 1-0 win against Silkeborg, where he nearly got a goal to his name. It will be interesting to see if Moyes starts with Benrahma against Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday.
