Emerson Palmieri says Nayef Aguerd is the joker in West Ham United dressing room
Emerson Palmieri has suggested that West Ham summer signing Nayef Aguerd is the one who cracks more joke in the dressing room.
Both Palmieri and Aguerd joined the club in the summer transfer window. Aguerd picked up an injury in pre-season, and made his debut this week.
David Moyes was finally able to introduce him to the Hammers fans, and the Moroccan was brilliant at the back.
Emerson wrote: “There’s a few to be honest but I’d have to say Nayef Aguerd.”
Involvement
West Ham paid a big money transfer fee to sign Aguerd from Rennes in the summer transfer window.
The 26-year-old is a fantastic defender who was outstanding for Rennes in the past two years.
However, he picked up an unfortunate injury in the pre-season, and watched actions from the sidelines only all these months.
He spent time in the treatment room, but it seems Aguerd was heavily involved with the squad already.
It seems like Aguerd is someone who mixes freely with the players, as Emerson pointed out that he cracks jokes in the dressing room.

This suggests that Aguerd has gelled in nicely at his new club, and probably we will see the best from him in the coming months.
Aguerd should be the first name on the team sheet once he regains his full sharpness. It will be interesting to see how plays alongside him.
Moyes probably will rotate between Kurt Zouma and Thilo Kehrer at the back.
