David Moyes now closer to West Ham United sack with decision on cards
David Moyes is now closer than he has been recently to getting the sack at West Ham after their loss to Everton, with people inside the club becoming fed up with the boss, according to Claret & Hugh.
The West Ham news outlet shared on 30 October that Moyes is no longer fooling people with his excuses when his side faces another defeat after a poor defeat to Everton at the London Stadium.
Board members at West Ham had been delaying the offer of a new deal to Moyes, whose current deal ends after this season, and recent weeks have been a display of why they had stalled.

Several frustrating displays
Early successes against Brighton, Chelsea and Luton were impressive, but the Hammers are now without a win in their last four games having lost the last three, and the bubble is beginning to burst for Moyes with nothing looking likely to change.
His tactical setup and style have proved successful at times when his side spends most of the game without the ball and are able to hit on the counter, but when the impetus is on them to create they look short of ideas and invention.
With players like Mohammed Kudus and Lucas Paqueta in the side, the boss needs to extract their creative qualities, not rely on them to help spring counter attacks. Their quality and ability on the ball need to be utilised, and under Moyes it isn’t.

Questions are certainly being asked about the long-term future of Moyes at West Ham, and it may be time for the club and the boss to part ways. Maybe he’s taken them as far as they can go, and a new route should be explored if they are to let him go.
