David Moyes delivers worrying injury update on West Ham forward Jarrod Bowen
David Moyes admits Jarrod Bowen may have suffered an injury as West Ham lost 1-0 against Liverpool in the Premier League.
It appeared that Bowen has picked up an Achilles injury early on in the second half as he somewhat failed in his audition at Anfield.
Jurgen Klopp was seen ruffling Bowen’s hairs as he hobbled off the pitch. He looked in serious pain, and Moyes has expressed his concern after the game.

The Hammers boss said, as quoted by the club official website: “Jarrod looks as though he has got an injury to his heel somewhere.
“My worry is that he couldn’t bear any weight on it, so that’s a concern for me, as it would be a huge miss to be without Jarrod because he’s been so important for us.”
Fingers crossed
According to reports from Claret and Hugh, the player will undergo a scan tomorrow, but his participation in the Europa League next week looks in big doubt.
It was a better performance from the Hammers against a top-quality side than what they produced against Southampton in midweek, and on another day, they could have won the match.
The Hammers weren’t clinical enough and missed some gilt-edged chances.

Bowen has been phenomenal for the Hammers this season, bagging 12 goals and 11 assists in all competitions this season.
He has always been a hard-working player but this season the 25-year-old has taken his game to a whole new level.
Losing him for a lengthy period of time would be a massive blow for the Hammers as they fight to secure a top-four spot.
Moyes will have to rely on Said Benrahma who produced a shocking display last night. Andriy Yarmolenko is not an option, which means Nikola Vlasic could be involved again in the next game.
