West Ham finally registered their first Premier League win of the season last time out against Nottingham Forest.

West Ham’s 3-0 win at the City Ground was a brilliant result for Graham Potter’s side as they look to kickstart their campaign, following a slow start.

Three late goals gave the Hammers all three points, with fans finally seeing the attacking riches at their disposal, even Crysencio Summerville, after his long injury break.

West Ham face Tottenham on Saturday in another London derby, where they will look for their first home win of the season.

Crysencio Summerville could start after historic cameo against Nottingham Forest

Summerville returned from injury to feature off the bench against Nottingham Forest.

The Dutchman provided an assist and won a penalty that helped inspire the Hammers to all three points.

Summerville’s brilliant cameo not only secured the win but also created Premier League history.

After coming on as an 82nd-minute substitute, he became the first player in Premier League history to be subbed on that late in a game and to provide an assist while also winning a penalty.

This speaks to the impact that Summerville is capable of having on this West Ham side, that have struggled in attack at times.

Graham Potter could take advantage of Crysencio Summerville’s form

Potter has some selection dilemmas ahead of Tottenham’s visit to the London Stadium on Saturday.

Summerville might be in line to start for West Ham after impressing last time out in the Forest game.

The winger has struggled to settle into life in East London, but could be primed to shine following his return from injury.
