Condition emerges as Fulham have to sell West Ham United target Joao Palhinha at right price
West Ham are reportedly eyeing Fulham midfielder Joao Palhinha as one of the options to replace the Arsenal bound Declan Rice.
According to the Athletic [14 July], Fulham have to sell the Portugal international if the right offer arrives in order to operate sustainably.
The Hammers have him on their radar and a fee of £50million has been reported by the Guardian in order to secure his services.

Must sign him
Palhinha may not be able to all the things that Rice does but some of the things both can do, the Portugal international does very well.
He’s got incredible positional awareness and is fascinating at breaking up play and recycling the ball.
Given David Moyes and his penchant to play on the transition, the Portugal international appears to be an ideal signing for him.

Fulham, a London based club as well, look like they need to sell players in order to balance the books and he’s their biggest asset.
They will play hardball with his price as the Hammers did themselves with Rice, but eventually may have to give in if the player wants the move.
It’s evident that a move to the London Stadium is a step up for the midfielder and unless the elite clubs do not come in for him, this is a deal that has a good chance of happening.
In other West Ham news, an injury expert has claimed that Moyes’ physical demands could see another star player seek a London Stadium exit this summer.
